Kristina has been serving as a Realtor/Broker in the Triangle area since 2002. Originally from Long Island, New York, she moved to North Raleigh with her family at the age of 12. After living a short time in Cary as a newlywed, she now calls North Raleigh home again, just 2 houses down from the home she grew up in. Kristina has been married to her husband, Mark, for 19 years and they have 3 children together, aged 11, 10, and 7, who are amazing blessings to their lives.
After graduating from Meredith College in 1994 with a degree in Marketing and Clothing and Fashion Merchandising, Kristina worked as a Director of Visual Merchandising. For 5 years, she designed store interior layouts and traveled across the US setting up new store locations and training new employees in visual placement. When a company shut down gave her time to think about what her passions were, three things stood out: Working hard, helping others, and being constantly on the go. A career in real estate turned out to be a perfect fit.
Kristina became a Realtor 15 years ago when she joined a large Real Estate firm and began assisting buyers and sellers with the most important transactions of their lives. It was then that she found her life-long passion, which continues to this day. Now, Kristina is excited to start a new journey with United Real Estate Raleigh as Dwell Real Estate Raleigh. To dwell means to live at a specified place, or to think about. To me, the word evokes a sense of peace when spoken.
